GMROI Calculator for Music Retailers
Find out which departments earn their keep — and which ones tie up your cash.
GMROI (Gross Margin Return on Inventory) shows how many gross profit dollars each dollar of inventory earns. A GMROI of $1.50 means every $1 of average inventory produced $1.50 of gross profit over the year. It combines margin and turnover into one number, so you can see where to invest and what to clear.
